Well-maintained hotel with very, very nice staff and compact rooms. Marvellous and incredible location of the property, close enough to the famous cable car, restaurants and coffee places and which is a major transport area. Again, walking distance to antique cable cars.

The room was new-fashioned and compact, included a storage, Wi-Fi, and a writing table.

Appreciated our stay. The total stay was absolutely amazing for a business trip. Our queen room was compact with bathroom as advertised. Everything was great. The location was central, not far from downtown and Chinatown.

The beds where exceptionally comfortable and the king room itself was functional and new-fashioned. A storage and a writing table turned out to be good.

The double room was clean with double bed, bathroom, for instance. Everything seemed great, clean. The very kind and kind staff helped us during visit. The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant and in a central location. Montgomery Street tube station was 10 min away.

The location was nice - ease of access to Dragon's Gate. Economy king room with shared bathroom, had essentials required.

The double room was compact, included a shampoo and conditioner. The bed was extremely comfy and I truly enjoyed a clean bathroom. The location was marvellous: a market and all the major shops were within walking distance.

The rooms were compact, modern, came with bathroom down the hall, wash basin, for instance. Its location was fantastic, just off the downtown, close to China town gate, nearby Chinatown, and restaurants and coffee places. Had brunch in the Hops and Hominy, located nearby👍

Units with shared bathroom. The accommodation had a central location in downtown San Francisco. Easily reached Scala's Bistro, located at walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Everything was really good here. The employees were incredibly nice and accommodating and kept it all clean. The location was great and fantastic, you can visit a bustling square by walking.
